After more than eight years of experience in human resources, I decided to start my own business to support companies in a different way: in a more human, more practical way, and in line with the reality of business leaders.
Independent, curious, and results-oriented, I have a cross-functional view of HR. Beyond recruitment and administration, I am interested in organization, strategy, and everything that enables a company to operate more smoothly.
Today, I support small businesses, SMEs, and startups, mainly those without an HR department, in managing their daily or occasional HR needs.
I work 100% remotely, but always with a strong human connection, fluid communication, and genuine availability.
